Title information

This wonderful manual comprises many of the early yoga sets and meditations taught by Yogi Bhajan back in the 1970s and 1980s. A time when Kundalini Yoga was still very new to the West and when students flocked from near and far to hear the revolutionary teachings and participate in the life-changing classes.

Yogi Bhajan’s first lecture is reproduced in this book as well. In the lecture, he talks about the dynamics of kundalini awakening and the importance of unlocking our full potential as human beings, through breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga sets.

KRIYA - Yoga Sets, Meditations & Classic Kriyas from the Early Teachings of Yogi Bhajan contains challenging physical Kundalini Yoga Kriyas from the 1970s and 1980s, and more than 100 meditations, including visualizations, praanayams, silent meditations, and meditations with mantra. It also includes material from the Meditation Manual for Intermediate Students, K.R.I.Y.A. and Under the Blue Skies! – books and manuals that are now out of print.
